The challenge
The restaurant was live on Zomato and Swiggy but almost nobody could find it. Wrong tags, missing keywords and an incomplete profile kept it on page three. In a typical week it received 2 orders and a payout of ₹134. The food was good. The system behind it was not.

What we did
We started with a free audit of the listing, the menu and the ads. Then we rebuilt the listing for visibility: photos, keyword rich names and tags, the right cuisine categories and a complete profile. We restructured the menu around the top sellers with combos priced for the app, and launched a targeted ad campaign with a daily budget and a weekly optimisation cycle.
